Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund / store credits  or exchange.

To be eligible for a return / store credits your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned like Customised orders. Additional non-returnable/ non-refundable items:

- Gift cards
- Bedding
- Toys

Dog clothing no return only exchange 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note: Four Legged babies offers you hassle-free Returns. You may return any unopened item in its original packaging, within 7 days of shipment receipt, for a full refund (less courier/ shipping charges). 

ONLY Store credits will be given incase of any return of items 

Once we authorize a return,  our courier partners will initiate a pickup. Please note you would need to pack the product and stick the address/return label before handing the product to our courier partner.

In case our courier partner does not have a return pickup service in your pin code, then we would inform you and you would need to arrange for a return for the items yourself.

Exchanges in case of damaged goods (if applicable)

We take great care in packaging our products so there is zero damage to your package. However, in case you receive defective or damaged goods, we will gladly replace it for you. Kindly email us images of the unopened and unused parcel illustrating the damaged areas within 7 hours at support@fourleggedbabies.com . We will contact the logistics partner and initiate a transit damage claim if applicable. Once the claim is approved and the materials are received back by us, the replacement shall be sent to you.

How to return:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please return the package back to us and we will issue a full store credits (less courier/ shipping charges) upon receipt of the package & quality checks. You are liable to bear the cost of shipping the goods back to us.

Email us at support@fourleggedbabies.com with the reason for your return and we will send you the return address. Please place the item along with the original invoice and and ship it back to the address given in the email you received.

The courier charges we incurred to send the goods to you will also be deducted. Rest assured, we will refund you the full cost of the returned item, less courier charges in terms of store credits.

If you are shipping an item over INR 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service to send back the package.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credits -  
If you are approved, then your store credits -  will be processed. 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds / store credits (if applicable)
